At Tootsie Lou’s Boutique, fashion may be our business—but fun is our love language! We started back in 2018 making leather earrings in the living room, then hit the road for shows, and finally opened our first storefront in February 2020 (yep… right before COVID).

We’re a mother–daughter duo (with Joe by our side!) and together we’ve turned this little dream into a family affair. Around here, it’s not unusual to catch us pulling pranks on each other or laughing until our sides hurt—it’s just part of the Tootsie Lou’s charm. And our staff? They’re the best of the best, more like family than employees, and just as guilty of the shenanigans as we are.

Known for our joyful atmosphere, we’re passionate about making every visit a fun, experience-centered space where every woman feels confident, uplifted, and right at home. From curated clothes and gifts to belly laughs at the register, our hope is that you leave with more than a shopping bag—you leave with a smile.

Rooted in our Christian faith, we’re passionate about shining light, giving back to our local schools and missions, and using our boutique as a way to bless others.
